Tashan Arkat was built by Mustafa the 3rd in 1763 for hosting and accommodating the guests and was associated with a stunning courtyard and a cistern named Sipahi Han which was used during Byzantines period as a water supplier. It was used as Caravanserai during the Ottoman Empire and now, it is used as a trade center.
